Dr. Sujata started her journey with the APPI (Australian Pilates and Physiotherapy Institute) Pilates in 2016 in order to achieve her personal fitness goals and Certified as a Therapeutic Pilates Instructor and eventually as a Pilates Presenter in 2019. She has been a clinical tutor and examiner at the Sharjah University, UAE in addition to her practice in various clinical set ups in the UAE and India.
